  122. con and watch the magic of weeks of research come to life...Yes!

  126. Create as many records as you like, go from field to field and select whatever items you feel like selecting.
  127. Once you have over half a dozen records then click on the statistics icon (a page with the 
  128.  symbols on it). Sit back and enjoy!
  129. If you forget you forget to fill in a certain field of a record, you'll see how this can be checked using the colour coded boxes. The numbers should all be the same. If t
  130. hey are not go back to the main entry layout and click on this icon       next to the category which was not the same number. This will find all records for which this field was empty, fill it in and off you goD

  164. This started off from an existing database at a non-profit organisation. They were entering all the information into FileMaker Pro, the only step left out was calculating the actual percentages. These were doneB
